Completely renovated in 2025! This first floor walkout unit is in the Lily Building and is just steps from the beach, hot tubs. outdoor games and pools! It provides incredible family convenience being on the first floor with an outdoor walkout patios! This unit is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom has its own ensuite private bath, plus there is a half bath in the main living area.

The bedrooms can be configured as (3) Kings OR (2) kings and (2) twin beds in the third bedroom (photo is of 2-bed set up). There is a full kitchen, full living room and dining room, complimentary parking spot and assigned concierge.

The property is a beautiful 5-star luxury resort! There are multiple pools and hot tubs as well as a casual restaurant onsite. Additionally, they offer full service on the beach! Guests also have full access to The Ritz Carlton Hotel next door, which offers additional dining experiences, two additional pools, hot tubs, cabanas for rent, a full spa, several water toys for rent like Hobie cats, paddle boards and Kayaks...and more!
