Cancellations
The COVID pandemic and extreme weather events are potential risks that can impact travel and
the availability of villas at this property. Guests entering a rental agreement acknowledge that
refunds will not be given if the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas is closed due to weather or
health-related conditions beyond the control of booking agent, the owner, or the Club.
Should this situation occur, the owner will be happy to work with guests to arrange for a
comparable stay at the RCC St. Thomas for a future date; based upon availability.
Guests entering a rental agreement acknowledge that refunds will not be given if any of the usual
property amenities - such as the beach, pools, restaurant, elevator, etc. - are not
available during the dates of the confirmed stay. Any issues, disruptions, or variations related
to amenities. resort services, decor, view, accommodations, building conditions, etc., are the
responsibility of the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas and will be handled by the guest directly
with the resort. Such variations or disruptions - whether they become evident prior to or
after the booking, or during the guest stay - will be a matter between the guest and the
resort. Such issues and subsequent actions on the part of the guest and the resort will not
qualify as breach of contract, or be considered deceptive advertising on the part of the
owner.
