This gated community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.
To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.
North Breakers 309 will accept pets under 35 pounds for a $150 non-refundable fee.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Condo was nice, floors were dirty. Beach access not available due to flooding. There was no private walkway to the beach, the last hundred yards were through narrow paths in sand and that was flooded the entire time.

This place is great! The condo was clean and well stock with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the condo’s private access to the beach. It was close to several good restaurants, but also had a great kitchen to cook meals a couple of times. We will stay here again.
