Very easy booking, and the condo was wonderful. Very convenient location. Within walking distance of grocery store (right next door), drug store, restaurants and bars.

The condo was decent size, however, there were several drawbacks. Most importantly the mattress in the master bedroom should have been replaced years ago. My husband and I both ended up with very sore backs from it. We did buy a foam mattress pad but it was of little help. The occasional chair is the living area was not comfortable either. Our view was of the intercoastal. The price was extremely high even for Treasure Island. I would not book this property again. Too many others beachside with views and more reasonable.

Perfect room for our stay

This was a perfect condo for our family to stay in for the week. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a very short walk. Lots of stuff to do for all ages.

We enjoyed the property and convenience to shops and restaurants and the water view from the patio was beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with what was needed. Some updates and maintenance are needed in the unit. The bathroom faucets could be updated to fit the sink as it was hard to wash face or hands in those sinks. The patio door track needs to be cleaned as it was difficult to open and close. All light bulbs should be checked and replaced as needed as there were some not working. The wood patio furniture was wobbly with one chair falling apart and could benefit from more comfortable seating. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the area.

Family Reunion

Nice location parking was great other guest residing there very friendly very comfortable The only draw back was only on way in nit marked and lobby was unattended. Door codes worked sometimes had to receive new code during our stay but customer service was very prompt in resolving

We stayed 7 nights at the Palms. We had a great family vacation. It is an excellent location, grocery and liquor next door. Pool and hot tub on the premises. Beach right across the street with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everything went smoothly and we would stay there again.

Nice condo and good location

The condo was nice and clean. The building, room and pool area were secure with door/gate access codes. The space is comfortable for 4-5 people. Great view of the intercostal waterway. Pool and hot tub were clean as was the area around the pool. Easy walk across the street to the beach.

Great layout and water views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our favorite area and condoin Florida! Nicely decorated, clean unit! And when we had a question or issue with the thermostat or TV, Eric was very responsive and helpful! Thanks again Eric! Great guy!

Outstanding view!

Our family rented 4 different units at the Palms of Treasure Island and everyone agreed that this unit has the best layout and view. I loved being in the Bayside and being on the 1st floor. So convenient!

Great property / easy to communicate with management

Very clean room. Management was easy to get a hold of through text. Response was excellent. Pool and hot tub were well maintained.

Very nice

Very nice clean condo. Beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very Much and hope to stay there again. Plenty of towels if needed. Comfortable bed. Just wish they would leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels. But overall perfect place To stay and great location.

Nice place

Nice area, within walking distance to just about everything. TVs could be bigger but did the job. Could use a printed out channel guide. Overall clean but cleaning people could dust. Would come back

lovely condo with nice view

The condo was clean. The building sits in a very central place. We loved the view from the balcony!! Only problem was the super uncomfortable pull out couch that was lacking sheets. We were able to get into another unit to have some, but I wouldn't plan for a family of 6 to stay here if your kids are older. Overall a great place to stay!
