Absolutely perfect location. The beach was our backyard! The view from both bedrooms and living room was spectacular. It truly exceeded my expectations. We had a lovely vacation. The spaces were comfortable, clean and there was everything available we needed. We didnt want to leave. As a matter of fact, we are already booked to return next year!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family all met at the condo for a week at the beach. My little granddaughter loved swimming in the water & playing in the sand. It was wonderful having the deck fully railed off so shecould run around. We all spent most of our time on the deck. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The views and the access of the beach was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our getaway to Treasure island. Our favorite part was the balcony on the main level was accommodating for the whole family. Our least favorite was comfort of the beds in each room. Overall it was a relaxing experience!

Fun in the sun

We love this property and already looking forward to next June. We had one maintenance issue that was handled very quickly.Its a perfect location for us—we walk the Sunset Beach area everyday and our son likes the close proximity to Caddys. Beautiful sunsets from our porch. The kitchen faucet was annoying as it became very difficult to turn off completely— always a slight drip. Other than that— perfect for our family!

Great beach front condo.

The good stuff: 1) Location! Love the beach front location. The back of the condo is on a busy road, but car noise was not too much at night. 2) The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom is very nice. 3) The other beach front bedroom is a little smaller, but also nice. But could hear noise from the next door condo. 4) Closet space in the beach front bedrooms was a nice surprise. 5) The third bedroom is quite small and best as a children's room. The adults felt very cramped. And closet space was lacking. 6) Beach chairs and some beach "toys" were available. 7) Outdoor shower was great. The stuff that could use attention: 1) If stairs are an issue, this is not the condo for you. 2) The kitchen could use a deep clean (steam clean??). Especially the sink area and the trash compactor. The trash compactor, which did not compact, was gross looking and was difficult to open and close. (I would remove it and use it to house a standard trash can on a slide out shelf.) 3) We cooked most meals and were able to make do with the pots/pans/utensils on hand. But we did have to borrow some things from our family that lives nearby. We feel adding a juicing tool of some kind would be helpful when making margaritas. :) 4) Providing a few more wineglasses would be appreciated. 5) The gas grill is not functional, which was a big disappointment. Overall: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beach Have C7. I am jealous of the owners! They have a slice of heaven. Thank you!

Property was well supplied and clean . quiet location on beach , away from hotels. walking distance to local restaurants so no parking issues. Unit was pet friendly which was priority. Enjoyed townhouse and beach .

EXCEPTIONAL!!!

The description and photos do not do this property justice! It's absolutely perfect! It's very apparent the owners take pride in this property. VERY clean, VERY stocked and VERY comfortable. Six members of my family covering 3 generations had plenty of space to spread out inside and out on the decks. We are already discussing when we can come back...which won't be soon enough! Thank you for sharing your property!! It provided a wonderful environment for our family to have great memories of our vacation :-)

Great Stay on Treasure Island

We’ve been coming to this area for over 10 years, and this year’s condo was the best. The huge porch was like another living room. Kitchen is well equipped,and also appreciated the beach accessories- towels, chairs, etc. we had a problem with the storage closet lock, but Armando was right on it after we called for help. Thank you.

Perfect Location

A easy walk onto the beach with all the beach gear provided. Great sunset views from your balcony. Quieter area compared to St. Pete. Walk to restaurants. We will be back.

This was our second sister trip to this property. We loved it the first time and couldn’t wait to get back. The location is perfect. The location of the balconies was a big draw for us. Both sisters had a bedroom balcony!😊 We highly recommend this place!!

A great place to stay

Overall this unit was great! Very Clean and had everything we needed, very well equiped kitchen. The beach chairs, umbrellas and toys was nice to have. We saw a couple of bugs and we had ants in the kitchen and bath but I think Florida is known for that. The staff was quick to respond to whatever we needed.

Great location, summertime pay attention

This is a great property with a beautiful view. If you’re looking to book in the summertime though pay close attention to the beach conditions. While the house sits far enough away from the water this summer it is experiencing significant red tide. The view was gorgeous but we did not get in the water and I did not let my kids get in the water. There were dead fish on the waterline all along the beach. While the city did their best to clean it up if you’re not familiar with the area and book the property in advance just make sure you are checking on beach conditions often. We did not have the insurance so we did not Cancel and missed the window for 90% refund because conditions were not bad then. Again, great property and the owners cannot control red tide but so many people I talked to said they had no idea what it even was. You can always check beachesupdate.com for most Up to date info on red tide.

Great condo! Would stay again.

The condo is exactly as seen online. We arrived at check in time and the house was clean and ready to go. The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything we needed. Had two minor issues (running toilet, needed propane for grill), but they were immediately taken care of by TurnKey when I texted them. The beach wasn't crowded and the Sunsets were spectacular. Highly recommend this condo.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

We have been staying in beach rentals in this area for over a decade and this rental was the best and cleanest by far! Whoever the cleaning crew are deserve a raise! Not only was the house spotless, the views of the gulf were amazing! Directly on the beach, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The decks on the back of the house are a great place to relax and take in the gulf breeze and the sounds of the gulf. The house has everything you need for a extended stay. The owners of the property have spared no expense on finishes, amenities, etc. Everything from the beds, bedding, towels, tv’s, furniture, kitchen items, appliances, is top notch as if the owners actually live here instead of renting it out. Overall, the rental is amazing and we will definitely be back!

Great Beach Location

Overall, the location of the unit to the beach was perfect. It is very close to the main intersection near the bridge to the Treasre Island so there was alot of road noise if you were on the deck.

Beautiful Home and Location - Just couple cons

Overall this property is lovely. Location is superb when it comes to the beach. Literally steps away and sunsets are out of this world. The actual home is very close to a busy intersection so be aware it may be hard to get in and out of at times. Home itself is very nice. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for families and each bedroom has a TV. Two of the rooms also have beachfront views. Some cons to be aware of is dealing with the management company (Turnkey) as when having inquiries with them, I felt like I was talking to a robot. We arrived early and the property appeared to be empty. When asking if we could enter early, they denied us this request . The neighbor staying next door stated nobody was there so not sure why we were not aloud as then we asked if we could at least park vehicle and go to the beach until check in time and was told again, NO, we could not. This was extremely disappointing as we had 3 hours to wait and that was troublesome. I have never been denied these requests by previous vrbo rentals so it was discouraging as usually I have dealt with owners and they always compromise and allow early entry if available. In this case, I felt like each time I tried to inquire, a robotic response was provided with little detail as to why. Nobody was there, property was clean, so not sure why we were not allowed to enter property even a little early as we were told we could not until the actual start time. That was a major disappointment. Just keep this in mind when you book properties with Turnkey via vrbo. They claim they will allow early/late inquiries but in my opinion, I don't believe they actually do. Other than that, this home is lovely and would stay here again.

Perfect beach rental

We have been coming to Treasure Island for years and this is by far the best rental we have stayed in. It’s in a perfect location. Everything needed was in the townhouse and it was very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing that we dealt with was it was very hard to open the screen doors, they were constantly getting stuck. But otherwise it was amazing and we will definitely be back!
