The beach view was a bit more obstructed than I thought but it was still beautiful… the unit was cozy yet spacious… everything for us was easy… might need more beach towels for more than 2-4 people but there’s laundry that’s easy… it definitely was a family place!!! Lots of kids !!! The beds were super comfortable which is a huge plus for me!!! Black out curtains huge!!! Beach gear was great too!!! You won’t regret it if a happening place for your family is what you’re looking for!!!

Great location. Beautiful views of beach. Very clean and modern condo. Fun place with a big heated pool and tiki bar. Owner was very easy to work with and great communication. Would definitely stay there again in the future!!

We had an excellent time! The location was perfect and near restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony was perfection! We loved that there were 2 pool areas to enjoy, and direct access to the beach! Th courtyard was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The condo was clean and stocked with paper products and a ton of beach supplies. The beds were comfy, and we loved that you provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash! This place has everything you could ever ask for! We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great stay! I don’t typically write reviews but this stay absolutely deserves a great review. The condo was very clean, stocked with everything needed, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The beach accessories were in great shape and a huge plus, saving us from having to rent anything. Property owner Ben was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend staying at Coastal Beachfront Escape, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful experience with our stay in this unit. This was our fifth year at Sunset Vistas resort, and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. The closet of beach supplies was very helpful, usually that is an added expense on our trip so it was nice to have that for our use. Communication with the owner was pleasant and he was very accommodating and helpful. Hopefully will stay here again next on our next trip.

This unit is amazing. Comfortable and ample bedding. Clean, updated. Has all the conveniences you need for your stay. The property manager responds so quickly. The parking space is great, directly by the elevators. I can’t say enough. Will definitely book here again.

Absolutely the best condo we’ve ever stayed at! Ben is great to work with and his wife did such a wonderful job decorating the condo. It’s welcoming, warm and you will feel right at home. They have thought of everything! The condo is in a great location and we loved the amenities and very short walk to beach! Kiddos are already asking to go back!

I’ve stayed in many different units in Sunset Vistas over the years. This one is by far the best! The unit is well priced, has everything you need, and the bunk beds in the second bedroom make it comfortable for travelers with kids! Definitely will be back!

10/10 beautiful place. The hosts were amazingly fast at responding to questions. They stock all your kitchen utensil needs and provide a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. My favorite part of the whole stay was the comfiest master bed ever. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The unit was clean and quiet. Great balcony view. I will definitely look at staying here again. From: Very tan & well rested guests!

Sun and Fun!

We enjoyed our stay in Treasure Island, FL. Our rental was clean and had everything we needed in it. The cafe/bar area onsite was a hit and we stopped there several times! There are still some areas by the pool and beach access that are under construction so that was a little disappointing, but didn't stop our fun in the sun.

A real treasure in Treasure Island

The property at the Sunset Vista Resort was exceptional. I really felt that all my needs were met more so than at any other vacation property that I’ve stayed at in Florida.The property manager was very easy to get in contact with and answered all of my questions. We needed nothing inside of the condo. It had everything and it was very clean. All of the technology inside of the condo met my family’s needs. Again, I wanted for nothing. There were charging ports, electrical outlets and smart TVs in every room. All of the appliances were great and I had all of the kitchen amenities that I needed to make whatever food my family wanted. The beach was huge and easily accessible. The two pool areas were extremely convenient and met my family’s needs. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. I would certainly stay at this condo again and I really feel as if I found a treasure in Treasure Island. 5/5 Exceptional!

It's all about the VIEW

So glad we had a wonderful vie of the ocean. Balcony was fabulous, kitchen well equipped, parking was easy. Will be glad to visit when all from hurricane damage is repaired. My GRANDS loved the ping pong table! Unit had ample chairs & umbrellas for the beach--added bonus!! Property manager respond immediately to questions.

Stylish @ Sunset

We enjoyed our spring break @ this property. The bunk bed room was perfect for our family of 5. Bonus: we didn’t have to use the couch as a bed. The decor was updated-Beachy, light and cozy. Loved the view!
