We had a great stay! The condo was as described and had great amenities. It was really nice to have the beach toys and wagon for our kids. We also had a windy few days so the pool and fishing pier were wonderful! The only complaint I have was the toiletries, soap etc were very minimal. We would definitely go back

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The grocery store next door was a plus and the restaurants were close along with the beach right across the street.

Beach vacation

The location was very close to the beach. We could easily walk there. It was also close to other beaches we visited. The VRBO had what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island!

Ovall nice place in treasure Island

Condo overall was solid 2 bedroom, 2 bath place a block from the beach. Location was good, but little more on busier side of Treasure Island. Great place for family of 4 or less and would come back again.

Perfect location for spring break family trip

The property, rooms, and location was perfect. The beach was right across the street, and if you didn’t want to be in the gulf, the heated outdoor pool and hot-tub were a definite plus. Plenty of parking options and the grocery store was right next store, super convenient.Property management was prompt and will to help if anything was needed, which we didn’t need anything. Would recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

Lots of room to stretch out. Pool and hot tub were great. Lots of beach equiptment in the condo. Cooked out every night. It was a nice get-a-way.

Fantastic Place to Vacation

We found the room and building location in Treasure Island to be the perfect spot. It was close enough to the beach for us to walk with our 4 young children. We also were able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. It was nice to not have to use our vehicle daily to get around. The room and pool area were great and clean. We will definitely be back soon!

just returned home from a 5 day stay with 5 family members. wonderful location. condo was clean and the location was perfect. used the beach wagon every day. beach was directly across the road. we have vacationed in Treasure for the past 12 years. usually stayed at the Thunderbird, which is no longer available. much preferred staying at the palms. found our new vaca place! be back in feb 2026

Fun family time

Property was great. Nice location next to publics, across the st from beach! Nice pool, nice Property. We would stay again. Only down side appliances can use a update, frig smell from maybe fish property mgr responded timely, washer loud and didnt.spin well. Great time.

Our stay at The Palms, #203

We stayed in #203 for ten days. The condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean and updated and the kitchen had it all. The location were perfect. Easy walks to the grocery store, the drugstore, and all the restaurants. The beaches are beautiful. Yes, we would come back.

Great Place

Overall this property was clean, as described, and cozy. Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived but not a huge deal. The beach gear provided was a plus as well as having a washer and dryer. Proximity to Publix was also a plus. Only downside, and not to the owners fault, is that the location to other restaurants or attractions at time wasn’t the most convenient but an uber or trolley fixed that issue. Overall would recommend to others. Never felt unsafe

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was definitely the perfect location - one block from the beach park and next to Publix. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the beach and were lucky to be there for a festival. Unfortunately, the convenience came with traffic noise, it was pretty loud sitting out on the balcony. A unique feature in the PBR is a window onto the hallway to the elevator. Overall we were happy with the unit.

Great Stay!!!

We loved this condo. Was close to everything, grocery store right next door, beach across the street and great restaurants near by. The unit has a huge balcony that is very comfortable to hang out on. The pool and hot tub area is right on the water with wonderful views and we saw dolphins almost every day from there. Some restaurants within walking distance we loved are BRGR (maybe the best burger I have ever had), VIP mexican, Sea Dog, and Middle Grounds. Salt Rock Grill is a short drive, but a must do. You will not be disappointed with this location, and if you just want to stay in you will enjoy the biggest TV I have ever seen. Enjoy!!!

Palms at Treasure Island 203

We stayed 7 nights at the Palms. Excellent location, grocery store, liquor store next door. Pool and hot tub on the grounds. The beach is right across the street with numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice, worked well for our needs. We asked for stroller, pack n play, etc for an infant and they supplied so we didn't have to bring it with us. We had a hiccup or two and all we're taken care of immediately and satisfactorily. It was a great family trip and we would stay there again.

Great location-Unit needs attention

This unit is very spacious and in fairly good shape. However there were several things that detracted from our stay. We loved the location, and the unit was nice. But-one closet door was missing, the towel bar in the master bath was on the floor, the light in the walk-in shower didn't work, and the dishwasher didn't work unless you flipped the breaker each time. Property management was very prompt in responding to our needs. But perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay was that the king bed in the master-while looking new-was as hard as a rock. We had to sleep in the other bedroom. If the owners rectify these issues, this would be a 5 star stay.

Disappointing

We stayed 11 days. Condo has potential but not being maintained. No ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom, only 1 lamp in 2nd bedroom although pictured with 2, no windows made it very difficult to see. Advertised with DVD player available, but you had to ask for it and then hope it worked. Took two tries to get one working. Internet was down daily for the first 4 days of our stay for a minimum of 4 hours per day. Not good when you have to work while away. Itrip does not return phone calls and local number is always busy. Lousy customer care when internet is down, they only reply to emails and you have to drive to McDonald's in order to respond to emails.

dirty condo

The unit was dirty, walking on floors your feet were black. coffee cups stuck on shelves, frig had not been cleaned cheese crumbs etc. coffee maker still had used filter in it. Also, missing shower door in hall bath, only had a cheap curtain on one side so in order to turn on water you would get blasted with cold water. Tv had no local channels. you could not open frig fully as it hit the dishwasher. unit should have a side by side frig. Second time visiting , but in another unit on third floor and the 2nd bedroom was connected to the hall bath which was way more convenient.In this unit if using the second bedroom you had to go through living room .
