Mariners Pointe 404 - INTERCOASTAL VIEW Condo!

This is a very large quiet townhouse-style complex that is just steps to the beach!
The upper floor unit offers gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night from the private balcony. Bright, spacious two bedrooms, 2 bath unit (sleeps 6).
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and 32" TV. Living room features a 50" flat-screen TV and a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. This unit is perfect for those who want a longer stay as it has a Washer/Dryer inside the condo. Guests have use of the parking garage for one vehicle and another can park directly outside the garage.
The property itself is located just across from the Gulf, with only a short walk across the 2 lane road and down half a block in either direction to the beach accesses. The complex offers a heated pool for guests to use at the complex.

Nice place ... Nice Location

The property was nice, not great. It had everything we needed but there was nothing that was above and beyond. I was spacious, clean, not far from the beach, nice pool area. It is 2 plus flights of stairs up which wasn't a problem for us but could be for elderly visitors. There were so beat-up chairs in the garage that were usable. We had a little issue getting into the rental ... the key/lock was a little old. Would be much easier with a coded lock. Like I said, nice, clean, spacious and functional, but not great. Certainly met our needs and no issues. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great condo!

Condo was everything we were looking for and its huge!!! Location was great! Not crowded and right across the street from the beach. Only down fall is actually walking up three flights of stairs everytime you leave which is a lot but other than that everything was amazing!!

Great location

We were looking for a safe, socially distanced getaway and this property is in the perfect location. On the intracoastal with amazing views and across the street from the beach which was never crowded. The check in process is ok, more like a hotel where you have to go in person to physically sign documents instead of doing it online. The condo itself was pretty dirty when we arrived. Dirty/stained toilets, toothpaste in the sinks, hair in the shower, food on the dining table and chairs, as well as on the kitchen counters and stove. Every dish we took out of the cabinet was also dirty. We had our young kids with us so we cleaned the place ourselves, so we would feel comfortable with them coming inside. With COVID I did expect for everything to be extra clean so this was really disappointing. Since we arrived on a Sunday, I went to the rental office to check in on Monday morning. I complained about the cleanliness and they offered to send housekeeping back, but I didn’t want the family exposed to additional people and I had already cleaned. The condo is very cute and spacious. It was great having the bunk beds in the master bedroom. Lots of towels and blankets provided which were all very clean (including the sheets). It was great having the huge garage too. Even though the start was rough, we ended up having a good stay.
