Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months. Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
