Overall, I was extremely pleased with our experience. It is exactly what we were signing up for. We were not paying for a five star hotel, we were looking for a place with an ocean view, a nice pool, clean , and a place to sleep. If that is your criteria this place will suit you wonderfully.It is a rental, so it is a little bit worn, a little bit tight in the bathrooms, but the bed is comfortable enough, the kitchen facilities are great, and the view of the ocean over the dunes with the sunset cannot be beat for the price. Other comments:The pictures of the property are accurate. If you’re looking for the same quality of furniture or bed that you may have at home that is on the luxury end, you will never get that in a rental.The pans are a little worn but functional. Same with the kitchen utensils. the bathrooms are a bit cramped, and take some time to air out after a hot shower.The master bedroom: closet was spacious plenty of drawer space and the bed was perfectly suitable for a week stay. The only complaint would be the light coming from the building next door where you have a window facing. The person sleeping closest to the bed might get a couple beams of light in their face in the night where the blackout shade isn’t snug against the edges. Absolutely loved the deck, beautiful sunsets. Great pool and hot tub with plenty of sun chairs and bathrooms. Shuffle board and tennis were funNice walking trail around complexi.
