Family week

Wonderful place to enjoy family. We were there to celebrate my wife’s 6oth with our children and grandchildren. Perfect location on a quiet part of the beach and close to ICW. Great family home!

Such a Lovely Home

The house was just fantastic. Definitely high end furnishings yet very comfortable. Many seating areas inside and out. So great to just walk out to the beach or hang by the pool. We had 9 people, 4 generations and each and everyone raved about the property.

Fantastic

Traveling with life long friends. The 8 of us had an exceptional time. Great location and the house by far exceeded our expectations. They have thought of every last detail. Hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommended.

Perfect in Every Way

I can’t imagine a more beautiful and comfortable home. We had three generations of family and all enjoyed the stay. Plenty of space to spread out or accommodate all of us being together in any area. Loved the beachfront access and ability to walk in the area. Great communication with the property management team from start to finish.

2024 Spring Break

This property is gorgeous and the beach views are stunning! The management team was very responsive and Taylor from Seaside was very helpful. It is beautifully designed and the amenities are awesome both inside and out. We enjoyed our vacation with our children and grandchildren and there was something to do for all age levels. We found the beds to be very comfortable and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would definately stay here again. The outdoor space was incredible and expansive. There were plenty of areas for people to congregate weather by the pool/pool bar, ping pong area, lanai outside of the kitchen and oversized kitchen bar and table! Great access to the beach and fully stocked with all the kitchen items you could need. Any issues were handled promptly with the property manager and they were easy and great to commmunicate with.

Beautiful home and spectacular views!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! It was very well stocked and many areas to relax and enjoy the views. Loved the proximity of the pool to the beach. If the house was any closer to the beach you’d be in the water. The property manager, Taylor, was very nice and helpful. There were some problems with the washers and dryers not working properly and he worked to get that problem solved. I hope we get to come back and enjoy this lovely home with its stunning views again sometime soon.

From the mornings on multiple decks to the large kitchen making breakfast for the crew. This house was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space to have time alone as well. An amazing way to start the new year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the opportunity to stay at this amazing house in early January 2023. There were 10 family members from three generations. The host from Seaside Properties greeted us at the house upon our arrival and provided a thorough introduction to the various electronics, controls, etc. The house is very spacious. Each bedroom has its own deck. The views of the ocean and the inland water ways are spectacular. Even though the house is very new we did experience a few issues with it, all which were addressed and remedied immediately by the host. Midweek the refrigerator and freezer began to get warmer and wouldn’t maintain their temperature. The host delivered a very large cooler with 8 – 20 pound bags of ice for us to keep items cold and then later that day moved a refrig/freezer into the home from the private garage for us to use. Secondly, the elevator was not operating properly at one point and the host responded to our text and was able to talk us through the steps to locate the key and reset the elevator. Overall, these were very minor inconveniences for the hours of fun and family time we had during our stay. We would all highly recommend this house to others.
