ALERT: Oceanfront and rear balconies will be closed 3/15 - 5/31 and pool will be closed 5/1 - 5/12. Access to a neighboring pool will be provided during this time (3 minute walk). 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms oceanfront condo with oversized oceanfront balcony, bonus third bedroom front facing balcony and building elevator. Bright coastal furniture and thoughtful guest amenities throughout make this condo the perfect home away from home for your beach vacation.

Primary Bedroom – King mattress, Flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom and private sliding door oceanfront balcony access.

Second Bedroom – Two Queen mattresses, Flatscreen TV and an oversized walk-through closet and connected ensuite bathroom.

Third Bedroom – Double/Full Size mattress, Flatscreen TV and sliding glass door access to the private front facing balcony.

Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across from the kitchen is a hallway bathroom that is a jack and jill to the second bedroom.

Kitchen – Updated kitchen with granite countertops, wine cooler, and fully stocked with cooking essentials for your convenience. Dining room table with seating for 6 with leaf and bonus breakfast bar seating.

Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you'll notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has a plush leather sofa, love seat and an oversized chair and a flat screen TV. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests!

Laundry Room – Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 2 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 2 above parking garage
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
