Most balconies remain accessible, but your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is actively being performed. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and parking may be affected during those hours. The pool remains open during most of the project, except when work is being done on units directly above the pool deck.
