"MargaritavillePool Home" ofrece una piscina climatizada de agua salada junto con un lanai con mosquitero para seis personas. Disfrute leyendo un libro o tomando una siesta en el sofá al aire libre en su área protegida. La piscina se mantiene a 88-90 grados en los meses más fríos, siempre y cuando los huéspedes ponen la tapa cuando no esté en uso. Disfrute de la piscina de agua salada, que es mucho más fácil en su piel / pelo. Disfruta de la belleza de nuestro patio trasero con jardines tropicales. El interior ha sido decorado con colores tropicales y un tema playero. Nuevo televisor HD de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar. La cocina y el comedor acaban de sufrir una remodelación total que incluye nuevos gabinetes blancos de coctelera y encimeras de granito. La hermosa playa es de aprox. A 4 minutos a pie. Disfrute el extremo norte de la playa de Clearwater en esta zona residencial. Se trata de un alquiler semanal con licencia con la ciudad de Clearwater.

gorgeous house

A wonderful house in a quiet location but close to everything . The outdoor pool and garden were lovely and the house had everything we needed it was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend it !

Amazing Place to Stay

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Our family stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for everything we wanted to do! Great location to shopping and the beach… but was a great neighborhood feel! The property is completely updated and so clean! The pool was warm and very clean felt private and safe! Our family will definitely be back !! The screened patio was an awesome bonus! I can’t say enough about this place! I’m ready for the next trip already!

Wonderful location!

We stayed in June 2024 and had an amazing time! Dana was in contact from the moment we booked through the check in process. She checked in to see if we needed anything and provided clear instructions on the home and any expectations for check out. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and the pool area was perfect for the kids! 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful beach vacation

This is such a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. We walked to the beach (5 minutes) multiple time a day while also enjoying the heated pool. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, although we spent most of our time out back on the screened in lanai or in the pool which is the best part of this beach house.

Fantastic Vacation

The property is very well kept and well stocked. Parking is adequate and location is great. The best part of the home is the back yard. The yard and pool are perfectly maintained. We all enjoyed the vacation

Great 1st visit!

The property was just like the pictures online. The screened in landing was so nice to use without being in the sun or bitten by mosquitoes!! My granddaughter loved the po-she became a mermaid and never wanted to leave! The beds were comfortable. The rooms and the bathroom had plenty of room. It was a wonderful place, and we will be back!! Thanks😀

Perfect vacation house

We just finished a vacation week with our 2 adult children and their significant others. It was a perfect house for our getaway! Pool and outdoor space was just lovely. The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything thing we needed. Short walk 20 minute walk to downtown and only 4 minutes to the beach…we will be back!

Perfect Location

The owner was very prompt in communicating. The location was only a 4-minute walk to the beach and was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and perfect for the family, and the saltwater pool was great.

Quiet family getaway

The house was gorgeous and just what my family and I were looking for! The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the beach was quiet and secluded, we loved it! The pool was perfect for the rainy parts of the day as well. I was able to work remotely and the view of the pool was the perfect setting. Will be booking again for sure!!

it was a great private beach! supplied everything you need for a beach day. far away from pier 60 business but also close if you wanted to go. Once we figure out trolleys it was nice getting there and back on them .. other wise uber: lyfts. if it is no kids definitely able to walk!

Lovely house and pool

The home was clean and had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was stalked with everything we needed. The pool was a great temperature and the lanai was great for all our meals outdoors. Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and it was such a quick walk to the beach. Dana was a great host. Always available for questions and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

Relaxing stay at Clearwater Beach

Our family enjoyed staying at this child and grandmother-friendly location. We would start our mornings walking at the beach and then spend time in the lovely pool. I highly recommend the home for families who want to enjoy Clearwater Beach but do not want to be in the center of the tourist activity. We could quickly drive the 0.5-—0.75 miles to the town center to park and walk to destinations to avoid the traffic.

Amazing house

Great place to enjoy Clearwater but also get some space from the nightlife. Just inside North Shore, about 20 minute walk from Clearwater beach, restaurants/ bars, and maybe 25-30 min walk to Pier 60. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the day. The neighborhood is quiet. It was the perfect place for our trip.

Awesome private home and pool getaway!

Property was clean with all the amenities needed for a 2 week vacation with a short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. As a 2 week vacation we also liked that there was a washer and dryer (so we didn't have to overpack). We stayed here because of the private home and pool. The pool was awesome as it was heated and cleaned twice a week. Communication with Dana was excellent. She was very receptive of any info/questions we had.
