Great location! Beautiful area with a 3 minute walk to the beach. Check in was good. There was a little confusion on which unit but the host answered and was able to get it taken care of right away. The space was clean and comfortable. The back area on the water was amazing. I’d definitely stay again.

Property was not clean upon arrival. Issue was not handled in a timely manner/at all. Things listed close by are not accurate at all. Dock is nice if other 3/4 rentals are not occupied. Would not stay again.

The property was great. It had a wonderful view of the water to the intercoastal. The communication with the property was terrific. They were helpful and always responded right away if I had a question. The property looked recently updated. It was cute and quaint and so much better than your standard hotel room. It was like a tiny condo. A few things maybe could have been improved but were no means a deal breaker. There was no bar or liquid soap in the shower but had hand soap on the vanity. I wish there was a place to put my luggage so I didn't have to keep bending down on the floor. Maybe a stand for it. The vinyl shower curtain worked as a liner and a curtain but could have used a liner in addition to it as water kept getting on the floor and if you put it inside the tub it stuck to you when it got wet. Also the white towels looked a bit dingy. All hotels seem to use white towels and get a bit dingy maybe using a darker color you wouldn't see the stains. I would definitely stay there again though. I liked the location. It was quick walk to the beach, nature preserve where we saw manatees in the intercoastal, ice cream shop where my husband I had the best homemade key lime ice cream and close to restaurants. I would suggest giving this cute place a try!
