Sunsets

The views of the sunsets were amazing from the balcony!!! Great location, we were able to see the sunrise from the balcony by the elevators. Good places to eat too. I would definitely go back!!!

View is spectacular

View was amazing , wanted to stay on balcony the whole time. Great beaches to walk and restaurants close by. The unit itself needs updated , bathtub basin stains and could use some throw rugs. Lots of extra towels and beach supplies were a great plus ! Loved the stay!!

We had a great time at this property. The view alone was worth the stay. It was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfy. Check in was real easy and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

treasure island beautiful getaway

the room was wonderful...had everything we needed. Very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Such a great location with the beach and pool right there...and so great to see Treasure Island rebounding from the devastating storms of the fall...highly recommend checking out this property-we'll be planning to return

Beautiful location

Location, location, location. The condo is right on the beach and close to the heated pool! Fun Tikki bar by the pool that served great drinks and food. The building itself is older, the are working on some repairs, the condo was a bit of a disappointment, it was in dire need of updates, especially in in the bathroom.but it was clean and the small kitchen met our needs. Overall a good value if you can overlook the need for updates!

Beach Getaway

The location was excellent and the beach was truly just steps away. The pool was warm and very clean and right next to the Tiki Bar. The unit was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The bathroom could use some updating.

Nice balcony w view. No heat for pool! Water needed to be turned on for 10 min to get hot. Room pretty nice, kinda grungy tile on the edges and bathtub. Overall okay. Bed very firm

The check in process was excellent the lady behind the first desk was great ,major issues the pool not heated as advertised onsite property manager was not professional . Ticket my new car for not having a parking permits..which was displayed on the dash. The adhesive on the ticket is still on my car and mist likely will have to be professionally removed to avoid window scratching..The room was clean but a strong musty snell but very musty

Beautiful view but

Check in process was super easy with very friendly staff. Bathroom was extremely dirty and you could see it hadn’t been cleaned behind the door, toilet or corners for quite some time and bathtub was stained. Closet also had dirty floors. We bought a small bottle of cleaner and cleaned the tub as best we could to be able to use it and thank goodness there was a broom so we didn’t have to wear shoes from the sand as we are very conscious not to track sand.Plenty of towels and they were clean. Thankfully, the view was spectacular and sitting out on the patio was as well. The beach was beautiful and we were in walking distance to Caddy’s on the beach, which made it nice. Yes the room is very outdated as the light above the kitchen barely worked. It was so dim. Thankfully we only wanted to grill out one meal and the rest we ate out. All in all if it wasn’t for the view we would have been all around dissatisfied. If they cleaned better it would be a great place to return.

LOVED IT!

I am a Tampa Native and have frequented MANY hotels/condos in the area beaches. This location may be my favorite! I absolutely LOVED the area- clean nice beaches, great food spots, easy walk to everywhere. The room was very clean and nice, and the grounds were well kept. My favorite part was the pool and pool bar! The bar staff were great and super accommodating, and it was excellent to have such easy access to great drinks! I will definitely be going back.

Perfect location right on a great beach. Tiki Bar on site was fun and location is within walking distance of additional fun eating establishments. We loved the deck overlooking the ocean! Easy access to the beach.

What a view!

Upon opening the door to our rental, we were treated to a spectacular view of the gulf. The balcony was absolutely our favorite spot! This property was clean and has all the amenities we wanted. It was the perfect location for our short vacation. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the harbor. The front desk staff was very helpful and, after a very long and difficult ride, the tiki bar was a welcomed convenience!! I cannot say enough about the friendly and responsive management personnel. Even though they were not on sight, they were only a text or phone call away. We so appreciated their flexibility. Can’t wait to go back next year during Spring training!

Don’t go

We did not get the unit, private balcony, pool or other amenities we booked and paid for. We were not told about the extensive repairs/maintenance/resurfacing project at the building. We didn’t have access to our balcony which was semi private not private like we booked and PAID for the last 3 days of our stay and we were moved to entirely different location for the second half of our vacation which was a definite step down from what we had booked and PAID for. Again no pool, no balcony and not the view we booked and PAID for.

Having to park across the street due to construction was a huge inconvenience! The description said minimal parking, but that is a huge understatement. We crossed a busy four lane road multiple times a day. I would not recommend this property for anyone with small children. The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful and the location was convenient, but the parking situation should be given careful consideration.

Perfect Place to Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our 18th anniversary. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Great communication and ease of making changes to our reservations. Perfect location. Corner unit makes it even better! That view!! We will he back!
