The staff were super friendly, common areas were clean, well lit, and quiet. The pictures of the room did not do it justice. The room was incredible. We barely left our balcony! We are already planning our girls trip for next year!

Hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay. Modern, new and clean hotel, very convenient to the beach and shops of Clearwater. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Great staff. Comfy beds and nice bathroom.

Amazing for the price. Stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Didn't try the breakfasts though. Not a hotel fault, but there was a construction on the pier....not too loud but migh bother some.

The ChartHouse is amazing! We loved our stay. Every area of the hotel was incredibly clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the on-site restaurant was good. We had a spectacular view of the sunrise Sunday morning. We would definitely check in to staying again. Just hope it stays this way.

I would suggest they put a big sign out at the entrance to let guests know that the Lobby is on the 2nd Floor. Loved that Jimmy's was on first floor and projected the Thursday Nite football game on the screen above the pool!! This place is a total bargain!! It is sooo clean, beachy and location- friendly!!
