The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach.

There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. Cottage #2, the "Seahorse", was fully remodeled at the end of 2020 including a brand new bathroom and all new flooring throughout. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side Tiki Huts spend shade and are great for family and friends gathering, playing games or just relax. 2 washers and dryers are available as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys. Each Cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. Free WiFi provided.

The property manager didnt know anything. They told me to go get a key from the office, but there was no key for me. Then they said nevermind my door had a code. I sat in my uber over an hour waiting on the code & cost me $112 bc she had to wait. It was 2Am before i even got in my room! So i was charged for the 14th when i wasnt even in my room until the 15th. This rental company is so disappointing. I feel like my 1st night should at least be comped at the very least.

Cute as a bug cottage perfect for a short stay. I wouldn’t want to stay too long due to limited kitchen space and no dishwasher. Dishes and such are the bare basics with limited plates (all mismatched and chipped) and no cookie sheet or broiler pan for baking fish, etc Place was VERY clean and decorated cute. Mini blinds need replacing! Great location close to everything! I’d stay here again but would request one of the larger cottages.

Worst experience ever
We did not stay. Upon arrival, the place was not recognizable as the photo is not real. Cabin was dirty, drunk people hanging around, dirty bedspread and shower curtain. Dresser was broken and no place to hang clothes. We had to pay to stay at another place and refund was refused. We do have photos backing this up.
