Good value
Overall a good value at a clean place. Only concern is the parking lot next to the house (separated by a short privacy fence). Lot of coming and going and activity. Neighbor not very easy on the eyes but probably typical of coastal Florida. Highly recommend eating at Dockside Dave's (get the onion rings!) and Gulf Bistro (very good French cuisine)

The unit is located close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked. The washer and dryer were great and the beds comfortable. The couch was well used and could be replaced. The refrigerator although worked as it should was very noisy. Had to turn the TV up a click or two when it was running.

Amazing Beach Community Property
My friends and rented this place for the 4th of July weekend. The place was centrally located within Madeira Beach with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Zero complaints and I would definitely stay here again on the future.

Great time at Madeira Beach
For the price, this place was great. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the host was responsive to issues. The neighborhood was ok. There were quite a few times we had dogs barking loudly late at night and the traffic noise was a little loud at times as well. The proximity to the public beach access and John's Pass were great and a big part of why I chose this location.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at this Maderia Beach cottage. The property is across the road from the public beach access and within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and coffee places. John's Pass was about a 25 minute walk. Our only complaint would be the lack of basic necessities, which I read about from other reviews. A few more rolls of TP, paper towels, and some hand soap in the kitchen would have been appreciated.
