Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Historic Old Northeast; a quiet and charming residential area with tree lined brick streets. We are walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, only a 5min drive to downtown St Petersburg (DTSP), 10 minute walk to Vinoy Park, 25min drive to TPA and a 20 minute drive to the beautiful, St. Pete beach.

Two spacious queen size bedrooms with walk in closets, a small balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee and a full bathroom on the top floor which both bedrooms have private access to. On the main floor is an intimate living room with a smart TV, dining table, large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a half bath and laundry closet.

Absolutely no smoking in or outside the guesthouse. If there is a smoke smell there will be $1000 charge. Keep all doors and window closed.
Pet fee - $190 per pet. No shoes allowed inside the house. No parties allowed. Please keep noise level to a minimum especially after 9.30pm.
Only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Everything else should go in the trash bins provided.
