Never book with this property management group

We had ZERO communication with anyone at the property until the day before our stay. They were supposed to send us check in information the day of our stay and we never got the information. The property management team then blocked my phone number so we could not call. VRBO also tried to reach out to them and were blocked from calling. Our family traveled over 6 hours, from different areas and had no where to stay for Thanksgiving as we never got into the property. We did drive past the property and there were noticed from the city posted outside that they dwelling was inhabitable. I would highly recommend if you see a property managed by Bongo Stays you avoid it at all costs.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

Property was paid for however owner did not provide access to property. Did not respond to emails, did not respond to calls placed by VRBO. Now, VRBO is not refunding the money that they promised after spending over 15 hours on the phone and being hung up on 12 times when requesting a supervisor. Worst experience and customer service I have ever received.

Stranded in the Car

Do no i mean do not use this property. It is a scam. They never provided a key access to the property and we’re never reachable. Vrbo only provided one night stay when we had originally planned two night stays and because of the unplanned circumstances, me and my family had to spend one night in the car. NEVER USING THIS HORRIBLE APP AGAIN IN MY LIFE
