The Space:
This Indian Rocks Beach apartment is perfect for Two couples or a family of six. Only a few steps to the beach and guests will enjoy spectacular Gulf sunsets. New modern furnishings in a coastal decor, the kitchen has all the basics appliances to prepare meals Each bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and a 49" TV, full luxurious bathroom Amenities include cable, Wi-Fi, Free Netflix, Pluto TV. Parking for 1 vehicle is reserved right in front of the condo. Beach chairs, beach towels and Umbrella are provided for guest use.
Enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill or casual eateries like Keegan’s and Guppy’s, watch the sun set over cocktails at The Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick snack, all just walking distance from your vacation home. Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale

Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Clearwater Beach for those who want more activities and we are only 40 mins to Tampa Airport and short hops to many golf courses. Theme parks are all within 45 mins to 1 1/2 hours drive.

The Neighborhood:
Founded in the early 1800's Indian Rocks Beach and developed mainly since the 1940's, Indian Rocks Beach is a thriving community that has maintained most of its original character, and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities. There are many annual events such as the popular Arts and Crafts Festival every November and April. and the Holiday Boat Parade where lighted and festively decorated boats will cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway.
Indian Rocks Beach has many parks and Kolb park is one of three Pinellas County parks to open a “skate park” which is located across the street from City Hall. Besides the skate park, there are other amenities such as tennis courts, a playground, and baseball field for others to enjoy. We also have a Nature Preserve Park with a winding boardwalk that will take you on a tour of some of the most beautiful natural settings along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Getting Around:

The kitchen has all one needs to prepare a good meal however; we have some of the finest award winning restaurants on the Gulf Coast, including Guppy's, Salt Rock Grill, Keegan's, Crabby Bill's, The Pub and Villa Gallace. From family dining to seafood dining to casual sand in your shoes dining, we have it all within walking distance.
