Check in was ridiculous. Apparently a school’s reservations got cancelled for 15 rooms. Instead of one of the workers taking them aside to work on a solution, we, as well as other guests, waited over 30 minutes to check in at 10:00pm. The two workers started arguing on what to do and one was told to leave by the other. This whole episode was extremely unprofessional. No apology was given for the long wait. This experience is not what a traveler wants after a long drive.

Excellent service, poor overall room experience

Had a reservation check in was very smooth, got in about 1 am after a long drive and just wanted to take a shower, the water would not get warm, I had only the hot water valve open and it was still cold. Bed was comfortable, room seem to have been half way updated. This was my 2nd stay as it's in between home and family, but might have to look at staying somewhere else
