The unit features a comfortable, open-concept layout with one bedroom offering two queen beds, plus a king bed in the main living area. *The living area is fully open with no doors or walls separating the king bed from the rest of the space*. A sofa bed is also available and is best suited for children or lighter use. Enjoy a bright, airy atmosphere with large windows, high ceilings, and modern finishes.

Parking: One complimentary parking spot is available in the building’s parking garage.

Guest Verification: In accordance with building requirements, the main guest is required to complete a quick background verification after booking. All other adult guests (18+) must provide a valid government-issued photo ID. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the building safe and welcoming for everyone.

Holiday & Major Event Weekends: During major holiday weekends, building management may restrict or close access to the rooftop and other shared amenities for security reasons. These decisions are made at their discretion and apply to all residents and guests.

Please Note: To help keep the building safe and provide a great experience for all guests, we are unable to accept reservations from guests who reside within 50 miles of the property. Reservations that do not comply with this local booking policy may be canceled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that violates these requirements.

***HOUSE RULES***

1. Comfy and Cozy Vibes: To help keep our space clean and inviting, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the front door.

2. Quiet Hours: We appreciate a peaceful environment for everyone. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM on weekdays.

3. Fresh Air Matters: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and off the property. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking inside the unit.

4. Relax and Enjoy: We strive to provide a peaceful environment, so parties and social gatherings are not permitted. If you have special circumstances, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you where possible. Any intentional misrepresentation regarding your reservation or guest count may result in a $500 surcharge.

5. Check-In & Check-Out: Please adhere to the published check-in and check-out times to help us prepare the property for all guests. If you require an adjustment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a fee of $50 per hour.

6. Guest Count: For everyone's comfort and safety, only registered guests are permitted on the property. An undeclared guest fee of $100 per guest, per night, will apply for unapproved overnight guests.

7. Respect the Space: Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Keeping everything in its intended place helps ensure a consistent experience for every guest.

8. Eco-Friendly Living: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and electronics when they're not in use.

9. Extending Your Stay: We'd love to host you longer! If you'd like to extend your stay, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled checkout. Extensions are subject to availability.

10. Damages, Missing Items & Additional Charges: Accidents happen—we simply ask that you notify us immediately if anything is damaged during your stay. Guests are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any damaged, missing, or stolen property, including furniture, décor, appliances, linens, towels, key fobs, parking passes, remotes, and other items provided with the home. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, professional repairs, emergency service calls, or lost booking revenue if damage or violations of these House Rules affect future reservations. All charges will reflect the actual costs incurred.

11. Technology Devices: For the safety, security, and proper operation of the property, all technology devices—including the Blink Sync Module, Wi-Fi equipment, smart home devices, and exterior security cameras—must remain connected and operational at all times. Guests must not unplug, disconnect, power off, disable, cover, reset, or otherwise tamper with these devices. Unauthorized interference may result in a minimum administrative charge of $250, plus any additional costs incurred to restore service, address resulting issues, or repair damaged equipment. Repeated or intentional violations may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
