During the initial stages of Hurricane Erin, the staff remained calm and showed such commitment to the safety and well-being of the guests. The entire staff in the Frenchmans Roast cafe deserve a round of applause. They are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. Bernardo is awesome and all the ladies working the cafe are outstanding. Before the storm, while the Edge pool was open, the bartenders Reece and Melanie (I believe her name was) were so personable. Everything was great. Highly recommend. Oh also, gluten free pizza is one of the best I have ever had!

Overall we really enjoyed the Westin. The area was beautiful with breath-taking views. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful each time we had a question. We also enjoyed the hydration stations set up around the property to refill water bottles. The only thing we didn’t love was the parking situation, where you have to pay for valet to keep a car at the property. But, overall we had a great stay.

We spent our honeymoon at this stunning resort, and it was nothing short of magical. The grounds are beautiful, with so many options for dining, relaxation, and activities right on the property. The shuttle service made it effortless to explore everything the resort has to offer, and every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a luxurious escape. While parking wasn’t included, the overall experience far exceeded our expectations — we can’t wait to come back!

The property and room were great with exquisite views. I did not like the $75 per day resort fee or the added gratuity per restaurant visit.

Superb view of the Charlotte Amalie bay. Pools for adults with infinity view. At night the torches were a great touch. Beds were very comfortable.
