"cons:-mold in all parts of the bathrooms-majority of outlets are lose (the boxes and the plugs)-food from previous tenants left in cabinets-UNCOMFORTABLE FURNITURE (my wife brought in a sun chair from the porch to lay on)-kitchen seemed bigger in the pictures pros:-water hose/shower for clean up ..."
