Whether spending the day by the private pool with a good book and a refreshing beverage, exploring the Island by paddleboard or bicycle, or searching our award-winning sugar sand beaches for seashells, Skinny Dippin’ puts the best of the Forgotten Coast within easy reach!

The ground floor provides plenty of off-street parking as well as multiple entertainment spaces including the outdoor living room, billiards table for a game of pool, and nautical pub tables and chairs that seat 11 people. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is perfect after a day on the water, and the propane patio heater is provided for cooler months. The ground floor also houses the golf cart that can accommodate up to six people (additional fee).

The first floor offers a spacious poolside deck with both covered and open spaces around the pool area. Enjoy lounging in the chaise lounges by the poolside deck, perfect for basking in the Florida sun and enjoying the soft coastal breezes after swimming in the refreshing pool. The second-floor queen bedroom also has a spacious private covered deck with a relaxing seating area.

The interior of the beach house is accessed from the warm and welcoming ground level foyer. The light and bright modern stairway with sturdy handrails provides access to the first-floor main living area.

The open concept floor plan, living, dining and kitchen area provide a perfect place to relax, dine, and spend time with family and friends.

The main living area is decorated in a coastal chic theme, with shiplap accents, and the flooring in the main living area is luxury vinyl flooring with a wood finish - perfect for children and pets. Glass doors provide exterior access to the outdoor deck and pool area. The living room features plush canvas sofa couch with two comfortable canvas armchairs, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and views looking out onto the exterior pool deck and the sea beyond.

The elegant farmhouse dining table provides a perfect place for dining for 6, and the kitchen island provides seating for an additional 4 people. You’ll enjoy creating culinary feasts with your family and friends in this fully equipped kitchen. The artistic subway tile backsplash and lighting design provide the inspiration for gathering together for meals and creating memories. The kitchen features stainless appliances including microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, freezer, oven and all the cooking utensils needed to create scrumptious meals!

The main living area also boasts a convenient laundry room and pantry with a washer and dryer.

The Master ensuite bedroom resides on the first level and is a king bedroom with two-night tables and a dresser. The mirrored barn door leads to your bathroom spa sanctuary. You will be pampered as you are surrounded by the lavish floor-to-ceiling marble tile, complete with a porcelain tub, private toilet room and separate spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet allowing for plenty of storage.

The second floor begins with a Queen Master ensuite bedroom complete with a Queen-sized bed, flat screen Smart TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony offering coastal views.

The second floor also houses a second Queen bedroom with a Gulf view, flat screen TV, two-night tables and a chair.

The third bedroom on the second floor is the kids’ bunk room and contains two beautiful white bunk beds with coastal linens that sleeps 5.
After a day at the beach, your little ones will also enjoy playing video arcade games such as Centipede and Big Buck World!

Shared bathroom between second queen bath and bunk room has a lovely double vanity, toilet and enclosed walk-in shower/tub combination with floor to ceiling tile.

Skinny dippin in St George Island

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Home is immaculate and well appointed and just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. High end finishes made our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. The heated pool on the second level was amazing and a huge hit with our kids. The property manager was always accessible, accommodating and check in was seamless and easy. We hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful Home with Great Location

Very nice and clean home with enough space to sleep 10 or so comfortably. Management Company was prompt when contacted about cosmetic issues but overall a very satisfying, clean, comfortable & modern home that i highly recommend if you're looking to entertain family and friends.
