Perfect stay for our little Family!

My family and I came to stay for Cheer competition and this place was perfect! There was plenty of space, it was the clean inside, the pool was perfect for the kids, and it was only an 8 minute drive from the Convention Center which was perfect for early morning competitions! Lindsey was great about answering any and all questions I had, and she got back to me in a timely manner! This stay was perfect for our family, and we would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Property

This was a very nice property! Beautifully maintained, the beds were comfy, and the furniture was nice. It has great pool view from the expasive deck. We could watch the kids swimming from the deck. There was ample covered parking for our vehicles.

Beautiful condo

We had the best time in this beautiful large condo! It was fun spending time with our kids and grand kids! The ground were beautiful and the space was large and comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!!

Cleanliness

The estancia property was very nice but whoever cleans it should be fired it looked like no one has vacuumed in years …the vacuum was so full i bet it has never been emptied I had to empty it so it would vacuum the dishes in dishwasher were still dirty and it was full dust everywhere the washer smelled so bad I had to go get washing machine cleaner so I could use it the outside was so so dirty cigarette buts all over the luggage cart that I’m sure all the people use has a flat tire and the top fell apart the elevators are filthy and the concrete it needs a good paserwashing the fridge had not been wiped out . I just think that someone needs to inspect the cleaning before the unit is rented each time all 3 of the floor rugs are so stained they need to be shampooed or get new ones . Also stains on the white comforters on the large beds

An Amazing Vacation Home.

We were so impressed with this beautiful, spacious place. Everything was clean and very comfortable. There were lots of special touches that made our stay so amazing. We will definitely being going back again.

Clean, welcoming space with something for everyone!

Clean and the decor is classy. Being so close to the pool and hot tub is fun, and having pickle ball on-site is great! Having enjoyed many trips to St. George there is always something to do. We love the hiking, golf and scenery with a relaxed vibe. We loved the big couch for everyone to crash on after a long day, and the condo is stocked with all the essentials and more. We hope to stay here again soon!

Family and Golfers Paradise- Stay Here

Stay here on your visit to St. George! This was our best experience renting a vacation property. We plan to book this property in the future. The condo was spacious, very clean, and had all the necessities and more! As a family, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickle ball, basketball and playground that were on site. Perfect location for those wanting to golf. We golfed two courses during our stay and both less than 10 minutes from the property. Multiple other high ranked courses also within a very short distance. There are also grocery stores , gas stations and restaurants all within a 10 min drive. Boating, biking and hiking areas are also nearby.

Super fun place and kid friendly

Extremely easy to rent property and St. George is beautiful. Our daughters and a softball tournament for nationals and having 6 people stay in the huge place was very comfortable and relaxing. Pool was great, Pickle ball and basketball were fun too. The rooms were very cozy and the living/dinning room was plenty big enough for all of us. You could easily have 12 people there and be comfortable. Hoping to book this place again next year for nationals.

Best rental so far

We go to Tuacahn every year as a family, even grand kids now. This is our fifth year doing a Vrbo or similar to St George. This has been the best so far. Our property manager, Lindsey was incredible. While others took 4+hours to respond to our issues/texts, she was on it within 10 minutes. If I could give her 5 more stars I would. (*****) Those are stars for her. There were some pluses about this rental over others that I'm not divulging. You'll have to go and find out for yourselves because we want to go back to this one for several reasons. We spent a week there. You learn a lot after a week. Sorry, we don't want to divulge them and then have to contend with all those who want to rent it, selfish, I know, lol. So, the check-in and check-out were the easiest we've ever experienced. Not one complaint from any family member. Just loved it. Any questions....Lindsey has the answer, guaranteed.

Great space for large group

The condo was perfect for our two families with each of the four bedrooms having its own bathroom. The kitchen was setup with everything we needed. We loved the morning sun on the deck. We loved the pickleball and basketball courts along with the pool and hot tub. Our only suggestion would be for the resort to have more lounge chairs available around the pool. We felt like we were hogging half the chairs with our party of nine. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back again!

Cousins Tuacahn Weekend
