Awesome experience!

The property was awesome! There was a heated pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts within walking distance. The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our 12 guests. I was able to text the owner with any questions and they responded quickly. We had an awesome time and will definitely be booking here again!

Relaxing location

Condo was great for our family. The layout is perfect with enough bedrooms and beds and 2 areas to hang out together in. It was clean and very organized. We liked sitting out on the deck. It is conveniently located just down from the pool and pickleball courts but not too close to hear all the noise. We love staying at Ledges. Check in/out was easy and communicated well. Only negative was the too soft beds but I know that is a personal preference. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Snow at the Ledges

Overall unit was great, we had snow while there so golf was closed. There was plenty of room and unit was organized and clean. The only comment we would have is that the grill was kind of dirty and the outside of the windows could use a cleaning. We would rent again in the future.

Great weekend

The house is very well kept and kitchen thoroughly stocked. Great location only a few minutes drive to Snow Canyon. Enjoyed breakfast on the top terrace and dinner in the outdoor patio/BBQ area.

Property Manager was extremely helpful after a minor issue with the hot water heater. Property was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here my if possible.
