It was better than expected. The road traffic was a little loud. The bathroom tub was slow to drain at first and then stopped draining altogether. Overall, it was fine.

Room was clean. We didn't have any interaction with staff. Check-in was a breeze as always. For some reason this time the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. We ended up hot spotting our phones. The only other issue is that it takes a very long time for the water to get hot. They could install larger TV's as well. Still a great place.

GREAT value for the price paid! Newer furniture, great location, comfortable bed, full mini-kitchen, very clean. This is an older motel and an inexpensive room, but do not let that stop you from staying here. It was a lovely stay and a lovely room!

The room was clean and spacious. We liked the kitchen so we could fix our meals. You do have to bring your own kitchen supplies to cook with. It’s too bad that they had to stop supplying things for the kitchen, too many people took what they had. The staff was very friendly.

Room was very clean, check in was fast and easy. Room 210. It was very nice and spacious for a solo traveler. Fine space wise for 2 people too. Wifi is marginal speed wise. TV had plenty of channels. Hot water took a minute, but was plenty for me. There is an ice machine on property and it worked great. The value for what I paid (~$50) was outstanding. I was nervous based on some reviews I read elsewhere, but my experience was nothing like what I had read. The manager was nice enough. Clearly english isn't her first language, and there can imagine someone sensing a terseness to the tone, but I didn’t experience that at all. I would stay again if I ever find myself in St. George.

Outdated but clean. Sad that you can’t stream anything since the TV’s are old and didn’t appreciate all the threatening signs all over the room. Truly don’t feel like it’s necessary the TV wasn’t working the first night but they fixed it the day after. Over all it’s a good stay for the price.

Cute, clean, recently renovated room. Well lit and comfortable. It did have a kitchen- with absolutely nothing in the cupboards and drawers making it impossible to cook up anything. We never saw staff-at all. Over all a great stay especially for the money - and that we didn’t need the kitchen.

It's a little gem. Very friendly staff. Excellent communication before the stay. Very clean and tidy. I stayed in a studio. Small stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sofa with fold out bed and a small dining table w/two stools. Five stars because it's clean, quiet, in the center of old St George and inexpensive. But...A few things. The bath needed an upgrade. The carpet was clean but a bit worn. The wifi is 2.0 right now. They said they are updating to 5.0 soon. The water took a while to get warm for showering.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. However, the wifi was garbage and the repeated aggressive/threatening messages before and when I arrived about things like dogs, bikes, the TV input, etc. were really unwelcome & not appreciated, especially after a long day's drive. It seems like whoever writes their communication should be in another industry since they seem to completely dislike & distrust their guests.
The message awaiting me when I arrived after multiple similarly brusque and accusatory-type messages before my arrival.
