Long story short, I found something of a previous traveler's in the bathroom hanging on the back of the door, an object that can be interpreted as political and offensive to some. I brought it up to the front desk worker a few moments after I checked in on my way to dinner...I do not believe it is humanely possible to care any less than the man who checked me in. All I wanted was a simple apology and maybe some reassurance that the room was in fact clean. I got 0, he literally stared at me like I was from another planet, then shrugged. Not a single care in the world that a paying customer is a tad uncomfortable and displeased. Sleep Inn and suites...what are we doin?? Room was fine otherwise.

Very accommadating and attentive staff, especially the General Manager Debbie. Hotel was cozy and immaculate. I would definitely stay here again. It is so nice to find a welcoming, pet-friendly hotel!

I'm an otr driver and was looking for a place to stay while i took my 36 hour rest period that wasn't too expensive and was close to the highway. The lady that checked me in was great and super helpful, she made sure i had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The room was great, very clean and they even supplied free bottled water which not a lot of places do. If I'm in the area I'll definitely be staying there again.

Top notch staff on hand especially the 2 we dealt with, Craig and Gwen very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing plenty of options and every thing was hot and tasted great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

I was scheduled to stay from 06/20/2025 and check out on 06/23/2025. The check-in went perfectly fine, the gentleman that was working was very nice. We went out for a little while and arrived back about 10:30 - 10:45, went to our room and the wi-fi would not work, attempted on multiple occassions to get connected to the wi-fi but was not able, called the front desk several times and did not get an answer, walked down to the lobby and I am not sure if people where checking in this late or what have you but we weren't able to get an answer to our issue with regards to the wi-fi. Then at approx 6:00 - 6:30 AM the fire alarm goes off and wakes everyone in the hotel up. Then we get a quick call from the front desk and all that was said was someone fell everything is ok. OK, how about an apology for waking everyone in the hotel up. I did not sleep all night as it was because the bed was so uncomfortable it was just awful. Well we spent the day out and then arrived back to the hotel at approximately 9:30 - 10:00 and again the wi-fi would not connect, we called the front desk and we were asked what the password was to get into the wi-fi, it was stated that you did not need a passwork you just needed to go under sleep-guest (I believe) and it should work. We advised that it was not working and then said that they would have to reset the router and then it should be fine. Well we waited and we still could not get connected to the internet. We chose to check out Sunday.
