Hungry? The Kitchen’s Calling: Whip up beach snacks or gourmet feasts in the shiny new, well-equipped kitchen - the perfect space for fueling beach day picnic lunches or hosting memorable gatherings. Enjoy the full coffee, espresso, and cappuccino bar!

Restful Retreats: Find your haven in five peaceful bedrooms (three with king-sized beds). The master bath pampers with its overhead rain showerhead and full-body, soak-in tub. Rest easy with smart home security.

Outdoor Oasis: Rinse sand off in the outdoor shower and savor the magic of s'mores by the firepit. Enjoy the coastal breezes or soak up the sun from the two porch swings or upstairs balcony.

Spot dolphins and let the kids enjoy the tide pools from drive-on Porpoise Point (9 mins/4 miles; four-wheel drive required; cash only fee of $10).

Decadent Dining: Dine with unforgettable views at Cap's on the Water (intercoastal view) or The Reef Restaurant (oceanfront) – just over a mile from home. Enjoy other dining recommendations via the provided guest book.

Guest Reservation:
-Per county rules, this house can host a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children.
-Maximum of two pets allowed that must be approved before your stay.
-Absolutely no parties or events. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and removal from property.
-Parking is limited strictly to garage and driveway (no on-street parking)
-There are security cameras on the front, side and rear of property that are used for safety of all guests. After all guests have checked in, these cameras are not continually monitored. We want to respect your privacy, while creating a safe environment for all.
