Very clean property, well-appointed, and the perfect location as one cannot get any closer to beach.Only single annoyance (and has nothing to do with the property) was the constant and chaotic e-bike traffic flying down the beach close to water’s edge—our young children were almost struck several times while playing in the sand. City needs to outlaw them or limit them to the same “track” as the auto traffic further up from the water and same 10 mph speed limit!
