One dog is welcome. Additional dogs may be considered with prior approval. A $180 non-refundable pet fee per dog applies. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access

- The open, spacious layout comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests

Good to Know:
- Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $180 non-refundable fee applies per dog.

-Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of throughout the stay and prior to checkout. This includes the yard, pool area, driveway, walkways, beach access paths, and any other outdoor spaces.

-Any pet-related messes inside the home, including accidents on floors, carpets, furniture, bedding, or excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning, may result in additional cleaning charges.

-Failure to remove pet waste from the property may result in a pet waste removal fee of $150, depending on the amount of waste and labor required for cleanup. Excessive pet waste, multiple uncollected piles, or conditions requiring specialized cleaning may result in higher charges based on actual remediation costs.

-Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover due to misuse, parties, smoking, pet waste, or excess trash may result in a cleaning fee of up to $750.

- Pool heating is available with at least 3 days’ notice for $60 per day, paid prior to check-in.
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site for the duration of the stay.

- This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations will result in a $550 odor remediation fee.
- A starter supply of essentials is provided for your first 24 hours; additional items can be purchased as needed.
- Before arrival, you’ll receive a digital Welcome Guide with check-in details, Wi-Fi info, and local tips.
