Home is fully stocked with everything you and your family would need. Amenities include: outdoor tennis and basketball courts, outdoor pool and hot tub, kiddy splash pool. Playground and a private walkway to the white St. Augustine Beach sands. Indoor amenities include a heated pool, dry sauna, racquetball, library, and gym. We also provide pool and beach toys, umbrella, tennis racquets/balls, board games, and more!

With this ideal location you are also minutes away from Butler, Crescent Beaches and the Matanza Inlet. Marineland, Alligator Farm, bowling and miniature golf courses are all within a short drive. Dine in the world famous Oasis or have a romantic dinner on the water at Caps on the Bay. Go to a concert at the St. Augustine Ampitheatre or visit the lighthouse.

Quick getaway
Two couples staying 5 nights. The accommodation had most things that we needed. Master bedroom had a well appointed bath with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The second bedroom had a twin bed and a double, shower and toilet. The second bedroom lacked a table to place a lamp or glasses on. Towels for the beach/pool was provided as well as coffee, tea, salt and pepper. Beach chairs and umbrella and some toys were available as well. The location was good. Right next to the indoor pool and sauna and about a 5 minute walk to the outdoor pool with access to bathroom.

The townhouse was very well equipped and the host was very thoughtful with the extras that were provided - tea, snacks, coffee, etc. The only thing missing was an oceanfront view.

Amazing Townhouse and Location!!
I had 2 important criteria when researching a property: First was cleanliness, second was an indoor pool (since a thunderstorm can ruin a beach vacation). This property was extremely clean, towels were crisp white and fluffy, townhouse decorated simply with subtle beach theme. Very inviting atmosphere. This property included beach towels, beach chairs and 3 boogie boards. Property is located very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this property for location, cleanliness and the very responsive host!
