Great Location for Beach Holiday

Traveled with family and had no issues with with the property. Location is great being right next to beach and a short drive to downtown. Property was well stocked with linens, kitchen essentials, and beach items. Would definitely stay again.

Quality family time

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect and very clean! Our son will be heading to college next month so it was the perfect trip to spend quality time together. Many memories made! And our pup Rose loved it as well! 10/10 recommend 🥰

Wonderful Spring Break Location

This location was amazing. It is everything as stated. We loved being able to bring our pup along. The condo was exactly as described, the property was beautiful, the beach was great. We will definitely book this place again. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with our family.

Lovely stay in St Augustine Beach

The property is very well maintained and I saw staff keeping the common areas of the pool clean and ready for visitors. The condo itself was very nice and the furniture both indoors and outdoors was exactly what we needed. The jack and jill bathroom on the 2nd floor was unexpected but worked just fine. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, just a few steps away. We loved the view of the pool and beach just beyond, we'd love to visit again.

Surf camp stay!

Brought our 2 oldest grandkids down for a week of surf camp. The condo was very nice, had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools and the quick beach access. Close to restaurants and many things to do. Ran the Bridge of Lions race while we were there too! Thanks for helping make this a great trip!

1st full family vacation

This was our first full family of 5 vacation. The condo was perfect for our family to walk to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the short drive into St. Augustine for a family day downtown. The condo was just as pictured very clean and had every kitchen utensil you would need. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

We went for a long weekend, and had a wonderful time! Very clean and comfortable condo. Loved the pools and easy beach access! … Also very convenient location - great food and activities just minutes away. We also liked that we could bring our little dog. She’s part of the fam so it was a lot fun to have her along. Will definitely be going back!

Great place to stay

The condo is located in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The pools added an extra outdoor option when the weather cooled off and it was too windy to sit on the beach. Great beach access. The condo was stocked with beach chairs gear. The condo was clean and just as described. Check in and out was easy. It was clean and felt like home for the week. Thank you!

Great stay!

Clean condo! Beautiful views. Nice size balconies with comfortable seating. The king size bed was very comfortable. Lots of extra bedding. Washer and dryer. Pet friendly. Beach accessories available. Kids enjoyed the pool. Things to consider- There are stairs in this condo to both bedrooms.

Family Vibes on a Beautiful Beach

The entire condominium is just gorgeous, peaceful, and located in a great area. This individual unit was very clean and the host left a few days supply of the basics as well as some beach essentials in the beach closet! Smart TVs in all the Rooms. Perfect for family fun. The view of the pool, palm trees and ocean from the top balcony are beautiful with comfy balcony furniture! One of our favorites.

Perfect place for family time

We travelled last minute, booking just one day before arrival. Despite our short notice the booking process was seamless and the condo was ready for our family the very next day. We visited with our 3 young children, ages 6, 3 and 1 and this condo had the perfect set up, with two bedrooms upstairs connected by a bathroom and a balcony off the master for evening relaxation once the kids were settled in. On the main level we were very comfortable, with plenty of room for preparing our own meals, eating together in the dining area or at the large table on the balcony. We also enjoyed watching a Sunday night football game in the cozy living room with access to multiple streaming platforms on the television. We weren’t lacking for any supplies, from cooking to laundry to linens and were pleased to find a well stocked closet of beach gear that we utilized everyday. Our kids were thrilled with an awesome pool and we all enjoyed our time on the beach. We did have a tiny hiccup with the key pad locking us out shortly before check out, (I assume this had to do with daylight savings time since our stay was over the time change) and the host was extremely prompt about getting this fixed so we could be on our way to the airport in no time at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and our kids are already asking when we can return! Thanks so much for a fabulous stay at the beach!

Best Vacation Ever

Don’t hesitate to book this unit or work with Itrip. This was our first time in St. Augustine and experience with Itrip. My husband and I stayed for eight nights with our dog. We traveled 1100 miles from home so I depended on the unit to be as advertised. The listing has a comprehensive list of what is included. Do not pack extra towels, sheets, blankets…they have you covered. Starter supplies of detergent, TP, paper products are included. Washer and dryer work great. Screens on both porches are in great shape. Outdoor furniture is comfortable and in great shape. The view of the grounds, palm trees, and ocean is beautiful. Pet friendly grounds with trash bins and doggy clean up bags provided. Wonderful gazebo out to beach. We did not bring children but many families enjoyed the heated pool while we spent our time at the pool closest to the beach. At both pools there were great tables, umbrellas, and chaise lounge chairs available all day long. We brought our own beach gear but the unit comes fully stocked with beach essentials. Appliances all worked great. Smart TVs in every room. Great water pressure. Communication from the moment we booked was professional and supportive. Everything was communicated and delivered to us as promised. I am already planning our trip back. Grateful for how easy Itrip made this for us.
