Good bones, but too dirty

The hotel is so filthy that it makes you question your room. The spa was not working. The surroundings are equally in bad shape. Your view from the pool is a light pole on the ground. Everything is dirty! There's no AC in the lobby or elevators. The breakfast is amazing, but they don't replenish until the whole thing is empty, so there's a gap of nothing available. Comfy beds and pillows. Do not expect a friendly staff. They are respectful, but not friendly. Lastly, the carpets! Oh, the carpets in the hallway are filthy! You'll be nauseously surprised.
All carpets are brown of dirt.

the hot tub was not working , we went through 12 door keys due to them not working more than one time. one elevator opened finialy and it was 4 inches lower than the floor. other elevator was not much better.

Excellent stay with my 90 year old dad, who has alot of "extra" needs-electric scooter, needs more room in the bathroom, needs more pilows. Even he said it was perfect! I would definetly stay here again-even without him!! Thank you to the staff!!

Property old, but the problems ware that it was so dirty. Couldn't pull in to the front drive way, it was taped off. Daniel at the front dest was rude wasnt personal at all He couldnt be found at checkin. I spent 10 min. In the lobby before he appeared. I could go on and on but you get it. I almost forgot the construction horrible. Please do not stay here.

OVERALL, THE LOCATION PROVED MOST CONVENIENT- CHARMINGLY CLOSE TO THE MOTORWAY AND ATTENDED BY COURTEOUS STAFF. THE DECOR I MUST SAY, WAS QUITE LOVELY, WITH THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES THROUGHOUT. HOWEVER, IT IS SOME REGRET THE JACUZZI WAS NOT IN PROPER WORKING ORDER, DEPRIVING US OF THE SOOTHING RELAXATION EXPERIENCE ONE SO ANTICIPATES IN SUCH AN AMENITY. THOUGH WE DID OUR BEST TO ENJOY THE STAY, I FEAR IT FELL SHORT OF TRUE EQUANIMITY. A PITY, REALLY- BUT NOT WITHOUT ITS CHARMS.

Good sleep!

Quiet and clean, no problems at all. The surrounding buildings were either under construction or re-model, and the inn was very close to a busy intersection, so traffic was hectic at times.
