The front desk clerk on check in was totally lost. The card for the door to the room took several tries before working. Gnats in the bathroom. I went to go to the hot tub and it was not working, then I could not get out of the pool area. I even called the front desk but as I said the guy at the front was overwhelmed and did not pick up. Luckily other guests came by to use the elevator and I pounded on the door and they opened it for me. The next day I got 2 new keys only one of which worked. The only good thing was the breakfast was very good and plentiful options.
