The floors in the hallway were stained with dirt from traffic. The bathroom towels had a few stains on them. The toilet wasn’t attached properly to the wall so it shook. Beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The shower head wasn’t shooting out due to calcium buildup. Cobwebs in corners of the room.

We choose Best Western whenever possible while travelling. The room and facility were clean and newly updated. Bed was comfortable. No problem with nitetime noise & we had a room next to us with 3 kids (3-6 yrs old) & never heard them till breakfast. Breakfast was decent and changed a little each day we were there (4 nites). My only complaint is there was NO hot water on last full day there & did NOT enjoy the COLD shower at all! It was not fixed when we checked out & no compensation at all was offered & at checkout not even an apology? This is only reason I gave it only 3 stars. Not to say this will deter us from continuing to sleep at Best Westerns when available in the future.
