Pet Policy
This home is pet-friendly for up to 3 dogs with prior approval:
• $200 fee for up to 2 dogs, +$100 for each additional dog
• Dogs must stay off furniture
• All pet waste must be picked up ($50 fee if left behind)
• No cats allowed
• Pets must be crated when unattended
• Unauthorized animals incur additional fees

Rental Agreement – Required
A signed rental agreement is required after booking. Failure to return it may result in cancellation. A government-issued ID may also be required for verification depending on platform.

House Rules
• No parties or events allowed
• No smoking indoors ($500 remediation fee)
• Only registered guests permitted
• Quiet hours must be respected
• No flushables except toilet paper
