Enjoy the best of both worlds, close enough to explore downtown and the beaches with ease, yet tucked away from the crowds for a restful stay.



Getting Around:

📍Distance to Beach: a 8-10 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach, where you can enjoy sun, sand, and ocean breezes. Butler Beach and Crescent Beach are also nearby for a more laid-back vibe.

📍Boat ramp located just 10 minutes away for easy access to the water

📍3 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine

📍Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are available in the area

📍 A 5-minute walk to Shore Drive Waterfront Park for green space and beautiful intracoastal water views



Other Things to Note:

🍳 Operating the Stove: The left burner (when facing the stove) works best & turn it to high so both parts heat up. Check the small image next to the switch to see if you’re using the center only or the whole burner. The main oven takes about 35 minutes to fully heat; the small oven is available for quicker use.



💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation.



🆔 Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required.



🐾 We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!



🚫 No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.



📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
