Check in process was easy with polite and friendly staff, who spoke perfect English, which helped loads as I speak no Polish. Apartment was lovely exactly as described on the website. Warm and well equipped with comfortable beds and seating.

Very nice room in great location with easy access to downtown and main attractions. Lots of modern household amenities. The only issue was very strong smell of garbage in the hallways. It is best to stay at higher floors as its very strong at bottom of the building.
