Welcome to your home base in the heart of Springfield! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat blends cozy comfort with modern style. Enjoy fast fiber Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, fenced backyard, and 2-car garage. Perfect for families, work trips, or weekends away. Centrally located near Bass Pro, Wonders of Wildlife, Mercy Hospital, and downtown—ideal for business, hospital visits, or a relaxing getaway.
I’m just a message away if you need anything before or during your stay. I do my best to respond quickly and am happy to help with questions, recommendations, or unexpected issues. While I won’t be on-site, I have a local team available if something needs in-person attention.

The neighborhood is lively and urban, so you may hear occasional street or neighbor noise. Missouri weather can bring heat, humidity, and the occasional bug, especially in summer—even with regular pest control. We provide fans, extra supplies, and do our best to keep the home comfortable year-round.
