This fully remodeled and updated duplex has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage and all the necessities for a comfortable stay!



The Space:

Welcome to our charming and private retreat located on a dead end street in Springdale, Arkansas. Enjoy an open concept kitchen and living area in a completely remodeled house with new appliances, new furniture, and ample seating for all guests. In the three bedrooms you will find a king bed in the master, a queen size bed in one guest room and a set of bunk beds in a another guest room. The master bedroom has an attached bath with dual vanity and sinks. The outdoor space is cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage.



As you enter this inviting home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for a memorable family meal.



With three comfortable bedrooms, and five beds, this home can accommodate up to 8 guests (up to an additional 2 guests for a $25/person fee). Each bedroom features plush beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathrooms are well-appointed and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Garage with garage opener is available for your use.

- Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.



- No smoking



- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- EXTRA GUESTS - This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Must be at least 22 years old to book



- Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- We require an additional deposit for guests hosting their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
