The house was great! There was plenty of coffee, towels, products, etc. It was well stocked! The bed was also extremely comfortable. We didn't use the room off the garage because I didn't quite realize you had to walk through the garage to enter that room, but that's on me. I could have asked. It could have been a little cleaner, and did smell like a pet lived there, but overall it was a great experience and price!

Had a wedding in the Fayetteville area and needed a place to crash for a couple nights. This house was perfect and had plenty of space! 4 bedrooms roomed our 5 people perfectly and even had room to spare. Owner was communicative and prompt and facilitated a great trip!

We arrived a bit early and needed to stay a little later than our check out time and Caitlin was very accommodating. We were in town for a Sunday afternoon wedding, so we appreciated being able to be in the house a little longer. If we come back as a family, we will look at staying here again.

The home I rented was very nice and comfortable. There was some minor issues that I addressed with the property owner and she was very responsive and addressed the issue very satisfactorily. She was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our concerns. I world highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the Springdale, Ar area.
