For second best it was first class.

Pros: Everything. Not a thing was out of place, dirty, not working of second class.
Cons: impossible to improve on perfection!
Location: Fredericksburg the Civil War battlefield, Mary Washington University, Other critical Civil War Battlefields and delightful landscapes.
After a very upsetting misunderstanding aroiund my fiorst choice of lodging Travelocity placed us in an absolutely wonderful lodging: Stevenson Ridge.
