Very good location, only a few minutes walk from the old town. The owners were very each time contact and only live nearby for any issues. The room is very tidy and elegant and the bathroom looks brand new with great fittings. We would definitely recommend and would come back here if we visit split again!

We loved this property. It’s close to city center and it is beautiful. It’s a good size and everything is new and pristine. Free drinks, a mini fridge and snacks were all great. Netflix on the tv, perfect. Paulo was amazing and tended to every need. Also the bathroom is fantastic. We loved every second of our stay. PLEASE STAY THERE!

The room is newly refurbished & beautiful - the host Paolo was very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Split - close to the centre, the beach & the port/bus station.

Very good location: 3 mins walk from the city center and 5-7 mins from the harbor/central bus station and at the same time in a quiet place. 3 food shops, 2 bakeries, 2 excursion desks and luggage storages are immediately accessible. Very nice accommodation: new furniture and plumbing, good air conditioning, quite enough space in a room, quite efficient soundproofing, stable wi fi.

Perfekt läge och mycket hjälpsam värd! Tänkt på att lägenheten ligger på tredje våning, dvs många trappor! Skönt med AC! Balkongen hade vi ingen nytta av, då det var för varmt för att sitta där. Info-boken behöver uppdateras, innehåller felaktig info.

호스트도 굉장히 친절해요! 예상 시간보다 일찍 가서 연락했는데도 엄청 친절하게 맞아주셨어요! 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐을 3층까지 올려주셨는데 엄청 무거워서 오히려 제가 미안할 정도였어요... 호스트도 친절하고 구시가지로 돌아다니기도 진짜 가까워서 좋아요! 시설도 엄청 깨끗해요...엄마랑 왔는데 엄마가 굉장히 만족하셨어요. 산전망이었는데도 테라스 뷰가 아주 좋았고, 간식도 맛있었습니다! 다음에 오면 다시 이용하고싶어요 :)
