Apartamento Riva con vistas al mar en el centro histórico de Split

Apartamento de 4 habitaciones de aproximadamente 96 m2, ubicado en el segundo piso de un edificio antiguo que data de 1900
cerca del centro histórico y el palacio de Diocleciano.
Goza de una ubicación privilegiada con una vista panorámica muy agradable del casco antiguo de Split, las islas de Brač, Šolta y Hvar que están justo enfrente y el pequeño puerto con sus barcos de pesca justo debajo.

El apartamento ha sido completamente renovado manteniendo el encanto de lo antiguo con grandes beneficios y techos altos.
Consiste en:
 - una sala de estar bellamente amueblada con una gran apertura a un balcón desde donde se puede admirar la vista,
 - Una suite parental siempre al lado del mar con un baño grande (una hermosa ducha, un gran lavabo e inodoro). Esta suite tiene una cama "king size" de 180 cm, una consola, un gran armario con un armario y un televisor de pantalla plana,
 - Patio lateral, que da a un gran balcón, una segunda unidad compuesta de una sala de estar con un sofá cama (160 / 200cm cama) para dos personas, un armario y un televisor de pantalla plana, un dormitorio separado con una cama de 160 cm, con armario y armario, que también tiene acceso al balcón. Un segundo baño con cabina de ducha, lavabo e inodoro,
- Una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada (gran nevera-congelador, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera dulce, y un servicio completo para 6 a 8 personas),
- Una pequeña sala de lavandería con lavadora secado.

El apartamento tiene acceso a internet wifi gratuito.

Trumbičeva obala, donde se encuentra el edificio, es una de las pocas carreteras accesibles en coche en el centro histórico de Split, muy cerca del Palacio de Diocleciano. Algunos espacios de estacionamiento de pago están en la calle frente al edificio, y el estacionamiento de pago cubierto se encuentra a 150 metros en el mismo carril.

El edificio está cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares del Riva (paseo). También hay un pequeño supermercado al pie del edificio y una panadería a 50 metros.

Great Property Manager

Better than the pictures. Location on the edge of the Rive is outstanding. Super property manager always answered my questions and solved my needs very quickly. Her response time was amazing. The apartment was furnished very well.

Fantastic location - wonderful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable property. The 69 steps up to the flat were a bit of a surprise, but the views and access to the promenade activities, eateries, bars and grocery shops were terrific. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious except for the compact and efficient kitchen. For new guests, It would help to have a diagram of how to find the flat once inside the building, as well as a resource manual for appliances and recommended activities/ eateries. Communication with host prior to check in was satisfactory as response time was not a concern and check out was very easy. Thanks for sharing this beautiful spot in Split

Perfect Location and View

Great location just beside historic city center and the views are phenomenal! Separated bedrooms and bathrooms make for very private accommodations for 2 couples. Excellent choice for a visit to Split in quiet location and newly, fully renovated flat.

Beautiful Apartment

This is a very clean and lovely apartment right on the Riva. The view of the water is beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to all attractions in Split. GREAT ALL-AROUND EXPERIENCE

Great location with balcony overlooking the main promenade. Walk to local restaurants. Apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, reliable wi-fi. Owner communicated immediately to answer questions. Local representative met us on arrival and was available for any help. Apartment is on 2nd floor with no elevator so it's a bit of a climb. A bit more expensive than some other options but definitely worth the difference.

Great location!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location! We loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and large beds. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated after a hot day. Small kitchen with everything you need. We did have a lot of trouble figuring out how to operate the washer and dryer. Maybe have simple instructions on how to operate a basic load. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boardwalk and people. Valentina was very responsive and helpful!

Exactly as listed

Everything about this property was amazing! It is exactly as listed. A lot of space and very clean. The kitchen is on the small side and it’s equipped with the minimal essentials. The location is perfect as it is surrounded by restaurants on the main walking strip, on the water. There is a little market for the essential food items/snacks/drinks just next door. The view is perfect too! We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again.

Amazing Place

Wow. What Ana amazing flat. First and foremost the location is perfect. Just steps off the Riva with a Tommy grocery next door on one side and a good restaurant and morning coffee stop on the other. I mean ideal! Just out of earshot of the buzz of the Riva restaurants but literally just steps to breakfast lunch or dinner. The flat is AMAZING. View of the water from the living and bedroom. Nice terrace on the back in a courtyard for a quiet drink. Really perfect for two couples cuz it’s very private in both bedrooms. Couldn’t be happier.

Perfect location

We booked this apartment as a group of two couples although we finished up staying on our own. It is right on the keyside, overlooking the harbour just 400 metres from the main action, but super quiet so you don't get disturbed. The apartment is set out like two separate flats (although only one kitchen) which means you have an abundance of space. In saying that, my only note would be to say, that although there are more than enough chairs, 4 people would probably not all fit on the settee. There is also no TV in the lounge, although both bedrooms have one. I would not hesitate to recommend both the apartment or host, who did a wonderful job advising us of some lovely restaurants.

Fantastic Rental

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Communication with the owner was efficient and pleasant. The check in process flawless (not to mention we had a late arrival and they accommodated us without frustration, thank you for that!). The rental is spotless, beautiful, and the location is perfect. Close proximity to everything! We enjoyed the people, the atmosphere, the food, the views etc etc etc! You can’t go wrong with this rental. The only thing I would mention is the number of steps to get inside. My fault for not asking more questions knowing it was located on an upper level. My husband has MS so it wasn’t optimal for him, but he handled it like a champ and got a lot of exercise in the process. Thanks again for accommodating us.

Beautiful apartment in Split

The apartment was beautiful, had an amazing view of the city and the ocean and allowed for plenty of privacy with 2 couples traveling together. Very easy to get anywhere in Split with everything within a few minutes' walk. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Views

This property is located directly at the marina in Split. You are right in Old Town but can get to the cruise terminal, boat tours and rental cars within steps. Valentina was a fantastic host and was constantly available for questions and to help in any way. The grocery is exactly 10 steps from the entrance! You have a few flights of stairs to the apartment so be aware if traveling with anyone with limitations. Totally worth it for the views of the Adriatic every day. The bedrooms are large and comfortable! The kitchen is a galley kitchen so meals can be prepared and it has everything that you need but only one person can cook at a time. We loved staying here and would definitely come back! Thanks Valentina for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Riva location

Outstanding location right on the Riva with quick access to all the restaurants, cafes, museums and events in the Old Town. The unit was clean and modern and as expected from the VRBO site description. Valentina was very responsive to our inquiries which were few. The two well separated large bedrooms with individual showers and bathrooms were a major positive. The only negative was spotty WiFi connectivity and a driver that really didn't dry well. For me & my family the positives way outweighed these very small negatives. Would recommend this property without reservation.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Views are incredible and very easy walk into old town. Checking in was easy and some refreshments were provided for us. We would definitely stay here again!
