This property is excellent but I would make one recommendation which is to have an active address on google maps. 3 other properties have either the same name or similar names and they have an active google map address unlike this property. It took me over an hour to find and with a large suitcase was not fun. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful and modern

Very clean and modern. Nicely setup with kitchen for a couple to make meals and have some extra space. Excellent location close to attractions and bus/ train/ ferry. Host was vey fast at responding to questions and made check-in super smooth. Highly recommend!

Exactly what I needed

Like most buildings in the Split old town area, the outside was not great and the main hall & stair need a good cleaning. However, once inside the room, everything was fresh, updated, and sparkling clean. I rented the small room without any outdoor spaces or eating area. For one night, that was all I needed. There was a nice big refrigerator, a very comfortable bed with optional extra blankets and a desk area. The caretaker was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is only about a block and a half away from the palace walls, so walking to the tourist area was easy. I'd stay here again.

Perfect location

Apartment based 5 - 10 max mins(walking) away from everything and away from all the touristy crazyness so easy with luggage. Everything looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice Family apartment with high standard

Very nice apartment with high standard, close to the old town but a little hard find. The area closest to the apartment and the view was not very nice. The host met up and was very nice and friendly.

We loved this Apartment. Very well appointed and well suited for family of 5 (inc 3 teenagers). It is in perfect position just off the old town and 5 minutes walk to sea promenade. Laura (the Manager) was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with taxi to airport.

Great central location

Hosts were super friendly , great knowledge of the area , offered a pick up service . I had just a room and not an apartment and the only issue I have is that when someone moved into the apartment next door , the walls are really thin and you can hear everything . Overall great owners and a comfortable clean place to stay

This apartment is in a perfect location. On a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood, yet less than a five-minute walk to the center of town and Diocletian's Palace. Laura, the proprietor, is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. And, of course, Split is a magnificent city!

Great location and value for money

I stayed at the premises during the off-season Easter period and found a good value for money option. It was easy walking access to the Walled Old Town pedestrian area - probably about 3 min away. The room was well appointed and had a little fridge and coffee / tea provisions. There was no attached kitchenette however which I had found was pretty standard in most hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia, but as I was not self-catering, it was not an issue. The bathroom was luxurious with a super large and modern feel and bathing area, a welcome change when compared to most other bathing facilities for mid-range hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia.
