The climate control was bad in the rooms. Unable to select the temp you wanted. Room was very warm. Was told to just open a window but we couldn’t get window open. They ran out of many ingredients in restaurant and we were not able to get dinner there. It was a Sunday and many of restaurants nearby were closed. The room had to chairs. Only place to sit was on the bed.

The bed was comfortable and tv good but unfortunately when we woke up in the morning there was no hot water so a shower was impossible. When we checked out they were generous in giving us a credit.

staff checked into a room that was totally with scaffolding and construction with drilling and terrible smell of electrical as well as painting seems to be the Hotel is going refurbishing knowing that I have sent a message saying I have allergies and asthma. I had to go back to the end of the room, they assign me towards the street where all the construction in the floor was going with personnel riding our front window then they did change me into a reasonable room however the room has slanting beds I stayed here before and it was quite good but this time it was really very much disappointing. I wish I wouldn’t have not chosen it exiting of the hotel. I requested a taxi to go to a nearby place. It was five minutes they would only book me a taxi with a fee, like going to the airport. I just went next-door and they booked me a taxi for a very reasonable five minute ride in general, the staff was unresponsive and not helpful.

Good pick, Nice stay, lovely and friendly staff.

Booked this hotel for a short stay which is perfect. The location is central to everything and the hotel is very accommodating. Staff were really helpful and friendly (which makes all the difference) If your looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you. It is what it is for the price. Great hotel, great food, rooms nice but not massive. Perfect for 1 or two nights.

Great location, the staff are really nice. I wish the AC was on going the whole year (it gets very warm at night) and having to open the window invites a lot of noise (especially when construction is going on outside). Also wish there was a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. But other than that we had a pleasant stay.

A very modern glass fronted building. Open plan ground floor containing reception, bar restaurant seating and breakfast bar. The rooms were clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The only problems were: no wardrobe, just 4 coat hangers on a trapeze in the corner, no drawers, you had to live out of the suitcase, no telephone so you couldn't connect with reception or other services, no safe so you had to carry your valuables with you and no refrigerator. Other than that, loved it.

On entering the hotel, it felt as though we were entering an American diner. Reception, dining area and bar all in the same area. Didn't feel it was a welcoming area. Staff welcomed us, which was really nice. Room was a Queen room, however the bathroom was only 1.5m x1m, very small. there was a distinctive drain smell, which was worse in the evenings (reported to manager). The night light around the bottom of the bed, is a brillant idea, if you need to get up in the night. Breakfast - a varied choose. The only criticism was the lay out of the food, not logical, did not follow through what you needed, ie butter wasn't with the bread or toaster.

Smallest hotel room I have ever been in. Luggage for cruise made it VERY crowded. After boarding the cruise ship -not known for roominess- was noticeable that the Moxy hotel room was much smaller than our cruise cabin.
