I always stay at this hotel when I am in Wichita. It is very clean and well maintained. Always a friendly staff. Very convenient to the riverfront activities

This felt like it was under new management since the last time we stayed. It used to be so nice. This visit the “emergency exit” doors to the pool were left unlocked and people off the street where coming in and out of the pool including a homeless man who Got in the hot tub fully clothed while we were in there. A maintenance staffer was there and saw it happen and said nothing. We called the front desk who “thanked us for our concerns” but it stayed this way our entire visit. The air conditioning was off in the hotel except your room, which I’m guessing was to save on money but give me a break it was 95 degrees. Miserable! I can’t believe how much this hotel has changed. It used to be one of the nicest in the city, we will never stay again.

The property will be renovating from April 1 2024 to March 31 2025 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
