The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, we were surprised to learn that even a disabled veteran is charged $15 a night for parking. We were there five nights but received room service only one of the five nights also, the swimming pool has a ring of grime around it and needs to be cleaned. The Jacuzzi was very nice and the room was nice as well but could use some improvement with Service. The location was excellent with access to all of Lake Tahoe’s resources.

Front desk staffs are unfriendly. The hotel walls are very thin, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms, including footsteps from the floor above and clear conversations through the door. The AC unit is quite loud, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly, so if you value privacy, sharing a room may be uncomfortable.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast options each morning were wonderful. The heated pool was still refreshing and very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We travel a lot and this was our best stay. New facility, really clean. Loved that you can crack the windows open a little to vent the room. Loved that the pool was open late til 11pm and breakfast was served til 10am. Loved that there was plenty of towels by the pool and even toys for the kids to play with. Super awesome stay.
